We do not sell products or services. Neither do our call agents hang around a hotline to take complaints. We're all about solving problems. Your work has an impact.

 

At EOS, it's your job to discuss with our clients how they can get rid of their debts. As a caller, you agree on payment arrangements with your interlocutors, set deadlines and work out proposals that satisfy both our customers and your interlocutors.

 

Debt collection is important for the entire economic cycle. Because everyone has to pay for what they have bought.

Our Locations:

Berlin

Our largest location in Berlin Wilmersdorf is optimally accessible by public transport (subway, S-Bahn, buses), located directly at the subway station Blissestraße. Infrastructurally well-supplied, with stores and restaurants nearby, the bright, open spaces over two floors offer modern workplaces.

Nürnberg

Our location in Nuremberg Schweinau is directly under the TV tower and offers company parking. The subway station "Hohe Marter" is a 7-minute walk away. Our modern offices with outdoor area allow efficient work and relaxed breaks.

Potsdam

Our second largest location is in the Potsdam industrial park and is easily accessible by both train and bus. Conveniently located opposite the Filmpark Babelsberg, it offers modern premises with workstations directly at the window.

Kamp-Lintfort

Our location in Kamp-Lintfort is very nice, quiet and right near a small park. The bright premises extend over 2 floors. There are parking facilities directly at the house.

If you feel like developing further, we will be happy to entrust you with more demanding cases if you are suitable. You will respond to callback requests and answer incoming calls - whether from our clients' customers, public authorities, employers or other organizations. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects in cooperation with other departments.

 

If you want to achieve more and have the necessary skills, we will prepare you for a position as team coordinator or team leader. We will accompany you on your way with regular training and a monthly coaching meeting with your supervisor.
