At EOS, it's your job to discuss with our clients how they can get rid of their debts. As a caller, you agree on payment arrangements with your interlocutors, set deadlines and work out proposals that satisfy both our customers and your interlocutors.

If you feel like developing further, we will be happy to entrust you with more demanding cases if you are suitable. You will respond to callback requests and answer incoming calls - whether from our clients' customers, public authorities, employers or other organizations. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects in cooperation with other departments.
If you want to achieve more and have the necessary skills, we will prepare you for a position as team coordinator or team leader. We will accompany you on your way with regular training and a monthly coaching meeting with your supervisor.
